"I wish Stuart all the best with his British Isles Challenge journey and fundraising efforts. It may not be an expedition to the ends of the earth, but the venture brings its own very real challenges, and will certainly test him to the limits. I would urge anyone to support the trip as much as possible"

Today I Fort Bill (and won!)

Hello...!

Firstly, a huge thank you to Mike Nelson from North Shore Sea Kayaks for the very kind loan of one of his excellent demonstrator kayaks for the Caledonian Canal leg of my journey, which I will start on Thursday morning. The kayak will be making its way up to Scotland with Mum tomorrow, ready for the start of the three day paddle. Mikes kayaks are all hand built in Stokesley N.Yorkshire and he sells all over the world. Thanks again to North Shore Sea Kayaks and Mike.

Had a good day on the road bike with trailer again today, around 85 miles, from Luss on Loch Lomond up to Fort William. Having some proper food this evening which is a result, also even managed to stop for a scone earlier in the day!! Going up to the highest point in the whole of the British Isles tomorrow and the final one of the big 3 peaks on the challenge, Ben Nevis. Then a good nights rest before my Kayaking experience!

Many thanks,

Graham
